They do not accept international students. Even for locals, minimum quant is 158, v 148, awa 4.0 and very difficult to get accepted See more

Ok good luck, FYI they have initiated refund of $55 after my application stating my above comments. Good luck though it's one of the top unis in california and not heard of any international Indian students apply there. See more
