I have applied Stanford , Ucla , Usc , UB Suny,  Neu , Wsu , UC-Irvine with GRE - 277 I. e. Verbal - 136 / Quant - 141 / AWA -2.5 ; TOEFL Score - 55 I. e. Reading - 1 / Listening - 14 / Speaking - 20 / Writing - 20 but I had powerful SOP , Lor , which univ I have huge chances to get admits ? How to get TA, RA, GA along with admissions ? What are the scholarships are available ?
