I have 10 years of experience in Automotive industry.I am electrical engineering graduate. I want to do MS infrom good University of USA. Anyone can help if he has gone for masters after 10 -12 years of work exp.

Go for any public university with less fees. You'll not learn anything new and will get a great job using your experience only. If you are super motivated go to a top 20 university and do MS by research and then only it makes a difference in your case. Else it is just a ticket to US.
