Brother, first of all check the program webpage of universities which you think is best for you to pursue masters, if they offer admission in Spring session or not. If they offer the same, you are good to go. With the kind of UG GPA you have, you can definitely get some of the good universities who prefers high GPA with their GRE requirements. See more

Brother, try for Spring. Your UG GPA is excellent. If you are willing, you can even take GRE again. University in the US will be there forever, some of them are even 200 years old. Think about it, there is nothing wrong in postponing Masters. See more
