Question

I have 3 years of degree that means 15 years education in Indian, Will get admission in top universities like University Of Connecticut , UTA, UNT ?

Here's a list of universities which accept 3-year Bachelors: https://yocket.com/blog/universities-in-the-world-acceptin Though, for some post-graduate programs, some universities only accept full 16-years (12+4) of study so you can contact the admissions committee of the university. In case you don't meet the requirements, you can have an assessment done by non-profit organisations like WES which evaluates foreign students’ credentials for research and higher education in the United States and Canada. 
However, WES considers certain Indian 3-year undergraduate degrees to be equal to a 4-year undergraduate degree in the United States only if: 
1) The degrees are awarded in Division 1 of the university system. 
2) The university that offers the undergraduate degree is accredited with an ‘A’ or better by India’s National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC).
