Gre score of just 12 is not going to make any difference, inturn might even get you rejected if you send your scores in for colleges where it's waived , So i Suggest you to retake as Gre is Made Mandatory for Most CSE Programs and yes all the colleges you have mentioned are within reach for your Profile and are low ranked except Denver or George Mason and you might get rejected in Visa Interview based on the colleges you are applying and are not the worth pursuing from, like there are better universities that have low tuition fee like SJSU,SDSU, Stony Brook , UT Arlington that you can get based on Your Profile.
