Hi! Since most deadlines will be crossed by this feb 15th (you can check out university deadlines here : https://yocket.com/university-deadlines). By the time you appear for your exams and they get reported, it maybe too late. So first do check the deadlines, and only if there is a month's time or more, apply to them for fall 22.
