Real help- Yes, you can get in.
I have friends in FAANG in silicon valley with 23+ backs in undergrad in India.
Work experience will help, but if not there are some courses which are not marketed and targeted by Indian MS market (consultancies). And trust me you can get in there.

I can suggest few, but please do more research as most of the profiles I have recommended or who have admits had exp,

Rutgers (ITM/MIS course)
Binghamton (IS will be possible)
Stevens/NYIT/NJIT/pace

There are few in north texas as well (I have not seen their FAQs)

Most of the information which consultancies share are 100% written on universities website and they even talk about average class profile etc.

You need to give 1-2 weeks
To go through few universities, their courses
Go on yockets’s fb group and see what type of profile got admit in such courses in past few years, and select universities.

But totally possible to get in US easily.

Hi there Om,
You have a lot of Backlogs and your CGPA isn't that great either, but your IELTS score is still pretty decent.
Though Majority of the US Universities don't accept backlogs more than 15, there are still a lot of chances since you can always top it off with your GRE scores, your SOP, LORs and work experience.
Once you do that, you will be eligible for a lot of good Universities based in US!
