In the recent concluded TOEFL exam, I have got a score of 97 but my best score sectionwise is coming 103,so just wanted to know whether universities accept my best score also?

Most Colleges consider Your attempt score not Your total Best score of Sections. 97 is More than Enough for all programs unless applying to top Private or Ivie's, Language test is only to determine Your English Proficiency and it doesn't determine your admit Chances. If you are missing out on colleges having min 100 Toefl score, I'd Suggest you to check if they are allowing Duolingo exam, It Costs 4k and you can take it home on any day or time for 1 Hr and Score more than 125 out of 160 which equates to 100 in Toefl.
