Buffalo considers you for scholarship along with the application itself. If you have not got with the admit letter then it's not been sanctioned. Anyway Buffalo has a very low tuition fees and they rarely give scholarships.

I haven’t received any admit letter yet got provisional acceptance only still have to submit my financial forms for admission committee review. Would there be any chance to get scholarship then?
