Does Colorado State University require only admitted students to pay the application fee?
Does Colorado State University only request admitted students to pay the application fee, or is it required for everyone to know their decision? did anyone receive the notification for payment (fall 2024)?

As stated by the graduate school, payment is not needed at the time of application but will be required if the department recommends you for admission. Note that if a payment is been requested, this means that you've been recommended for admission and you will receive the official admission letter from the graduate admission office.
