Confusion regarding uni application

My CGPA is 9.64 and I have 7.5 in IELTS.I have 1 internship and I have worked with some tech giants like twitter, twilio, etc on cybersecurity side project but it can not be counted as professional experience. I do not have Gre nor do I have research paper. I intend to do Meng in elec computer with specialization in networking and security at u waterloo. I already have offer letter from windsor. Can someone please honestly asnwer what are my chances at waterloo Meng. And should I apply or not? Any reference admits that resembles my profile are appreciated.
