Confused with course selection in Masters in Canada( IT field)

I am very confused right now about the selection of the course and future scope.
I am interested in Data Science or Data analytics. But not sure where to apply because my qualifications do not match where these options are available. Although I got an offer from the University of Winsor in a Master of Applied Computing course. But not sure if it is good and after completing this course what are the future options. Do you have suggestions on whether should I continue in this course or go for my course and which universities are suitable for that?
