Compared to IUB, is rutgers worth the extra fees for MS in CS?

I have received admits from the above two universities, though, I'm very confused between the two. Both of them have a solid course but some people are skeptical about Rutgers when it comes to job prospects and ROI. Can someone please elaborate on this? Is it worth putting an extra 13K to study at
