DePaul>Florida Institute of Technology for Computer science rankings in USNR. The others do not even show up on the rankings for this course so these two should be the top pick.
Amongst these, you can choose whichever suits your interest more. 
Your selection can be made based on 
1)Coursework interest
2)Professors you're interested to work under
3)Location and cost of attendance.
