Can I get scholarship based only on cgpa and IELTS?
Hello, I have completed bsc in computer science and engineering this year with a cgpa of 3.82. I have no published research paper (but working with one), I am planning to sit for ielts exam and preparing for it. I am planning to do my masters in USA, is there any way I can get into an university with scholarship with my profile? Can you help me know the details if it is possible or not? Thank you..

So scholarship is based on your university, cgpa and IELTS score. Soo far your cgpa looks impressive, now every university has scholarship page on their website with eligibility guidelines, I recommend you check them.
