Can I cancel a new US visa application ? I made a huge blunder by opting for interview waiver.

I opted for interview waiver but interview waiver is not valid for B1/B2 visa holders..I have a valid B1/B2 visa. Is there any chance that the current application is cancelled and new application option is available?

Interview waiver is applicable for B1/B2 visa holders as well. Infact any valid US visa will get the waiver
