Can any1 suggest me affordable university in US/Canada ?

Hi all 
Pls evaluate my profile and let me know my chances of getting in a good university. Pls suggest me with the university’s name that has masters in computers science or any course related to computer science in US/Canada for fall 2023.

Profile  
Cgpa : 9.1  ( IT - anna university)
Research paper : 8 (international journal)
Work exp : 30 months (full stack)
GRE/TOEFL : have not taken

For masters, you had a chance... But for PhD, you had a good chance...(since, research papers are given more preference in PhD applications than masters, where it's of minimal imp)

Unfortunately it's too late for good universities. But if you apply next year, you can land into a good university I would say...(US top 50 in CS easily)
