How do we need send our passports...by courier or someone comes to pick it. Also we have to take appointment for biometric or they give us date at the time of visa fees.

A Canadian student visa is divided into 2 categories 1. SDS 2. NON-SDS //////// If you have given IELTS and have a score of more than 6 (overall and each module) you are eligible to apply under the SDS category. For SDS category the rejection rate is less, the processing time is also less, you don't have to show financials to create a strong visa profile. But if you have given TOEFL, Pte, or have less than 6 in IELTS then you'll have to go through NON-SDS. The process is fairly simple, go to ircc website, create gckey account, upload all documents, complete medical (can be done before or after taking a visa appointment), after you have paid the visa fee you'll have to give biometrics. After biometrics is done all you have to do is wait for your passport request. Once you receive that send your passport for stamping and that it. Now due to covid we have to take appointment of Biometrics after filing the visa. After filing visa youll get a document which you have to upload on vfs website and theyll give you a predetermined date and time. And someone will come from bluedart to pick your passport up.
