You can improve in Quant using the Manhattan Strategy Guides. That's what I used. 
For verbal, use the Barron's Essential Words for the GRE to learn 800 high frequency words. If you complete all exercises, you'll learn how to apply the vocab into sentences.

For RC, you have to practice. I think there are strategies in the Kaplan as well as Manhattan Strategy books.
