Advice on Loan for master’s in USA

I am planning for Master’s in Data Science fall 23. I will need non collateral loan around 50 - 60 Lakhs. However I am not sure which bank should I trust that will finance visa fees too. What are the trusted indian banks ? I am open to other usa finance services like prodigy if they give better rate of interest and have more pros.
