University of Eastern Finland: Acceptance Rate, Fees & Courses

The University of Eastern Finland offers a variety of academic programmes. The UEF's four faculties provide instruction in more than a hundred key subjects and degree programmes. The University enrols about 2,200 students each year and receives nearly 24 000 applications for admission each year. Pharmacy, dentistry, humanities, education, economics and business administration, natural sciences, medicine, forest sciences, psychology, theology, health sciences, social sciences, and law are among the 13 fields of study that the University offers Bachelor's, Master's, and doctoral level education in.

The University of Eastern Finland has over 200 approved internship sites spread out in the region. Internships are a crucial part of the college experience. Through internships, students can put what they learn in the classroom to use in practical settings. In addition, students will learn practical skills that will help them in their future careers. Although every internship is different, they all give students experience related to their chosen careers. Pay for academic credit or both are options for internships. Part-time internships during the semester and full-time ones during the summer are both possible. As a participant in the Lasallian Consortium, CBU provides study abroad semesters in South Africa, Australia, Brazil, China, England, France, Ireland, Mexico, and Spain.

The University of Eastern Finland provides excellent career services. It assists students in obtaining internships, training, and full-time job opportunities in the United States. New students must take placement tests based on their intended significance and ACT/SAT scores. To assist students in completing required placement testing, the Office of Student Success collaborates with academic units across campus. Average alumni’s average starting income is 2,742 EUR (2,22,189 INR) per year.
