***Montclair State University - 47k - No Scholarship Rowan University - 38k - No Scholarship Southern Illinois University - 38k - In State Tuition Rate - 27k University of South Florida - 39k - No Scholarship*** I am yet to collect my I20s, but I know how how amount of scholarship will I get. So I am in a dilemma whether I should choose better ranked R1 university, or prioritize the amount of scholarship or rely on the preferred location's university. As a self funded student, it is also a concern to convince the visa officer that I am a bonafide student. So it would be a great help if you could suggest which one to choose.. Thanks in advance...
