Virginia Tech vs George Washington University

I got admitted from GWU for MS in Cybersecurity in Computer Science with 25% scholarship Today I received an admit from Virginia Tech for MEng in Computer Science and Applications at NCR campus - no scholarship They also have security track for this program What are your thoughts? I paid INR 25k deposit to GWU and now waiting for slots Is it worth going for VT by dropping all of my plans?
