Northeastern Application form issue

Hi All, one of my friend is applying to neu for IS course, he has grading issue so right now his university has different grading system. In the application form it is mentioned to write N/A if we don't have grades. But when he is saving the form the value is not getting saved, and error is shown while submitting the form, anyone facing same issue? #masters #ms
