If I attend my studienkellog in tum after completing fsp exam will i be able to get admission in other universities like university of bonn etc...

Hi! As per the TUM page, if you attend the Studienkolleg and complete your Feststellungsprüfung, then yes, you will be eligible for regular degrees in any other German university! See more
