Hiii I live in Dallas, Texas and I am on H4 visa. In order to apply for MS(Computer Engineering) , can I apply for the universities such as UTD , UTA , SMU (for fall 2022) with only IELTS score or GRE is needed?

For fall 2022 most have waived Gre so please do apply asap
