Education and Career in Psychology

Question

I have a bachelor's degree in Arts from IGNOU and currently, I am pursuing M.A in Psychology from IGNOU. I did not have Psychology as a subject in School or my Bachelor's. Right now, I am in my second year I have chosen Clinical Psychology as my subject. But I am confused about what are my options after my master's is complete. What career options do I have? If I am to pursue education further in Clinical psychology then what are my options in education like courses or programs? I am a working professional.
