Question

before going to US for masters, I've been thinking about my college in India.

Unless you are from an IIT or a top ranked NIT, it doesn't matter much. But if you have good gpa and gre scores and apply early, it should be fine

I am doing the same things I was going to do bachelors in USA but i didn't had good profile so now I'm planning to do bachelors from here and masters from usa! And the answer to your question would be 'no' it does not matter until it is IIT even if you choose a tier 3 college in India you could get in to any uni you want to in USA! It's just that you need to have a really good profile like do projects, internships write research paper if you can enroll yourself in ngos and try to do other extracurricular activities like drama, sports ect then you should not have any problem in creaking upto anuy uni you wanted! also preform good in your exams and gre
