Which universities would you suggest between Thompson Rivers University(Kamloops) and Saint Mary's U

Which universities would you suggest between Thompson Rivers University(Kamloops) and Saint Mary's University (Halifax) and why? I have an admit for MBA (20 months course) from TRU and an admit for MTEI (16 months course) from SMU. However, I'm not able to eliminate either from my list.
