Which country to choose

I am b.tech 2015 passed out, later worked in CTS, resigned and then did m.tech and then worked in Thomson reuters. Overall 4 years of IT exp into Manual testing. Can anyone suggest which vountry to choose, people are saying UK IT job market is brutal. But its illegal to worm out of or in USA which i cant dare
