[URGENT HELP] IELTS scores of British Council lost when sent via IDP?

Hello all, I took the IELTS with BC last year and soon after BC stopped operating in India. So we have to use IDP for sending scores to Universities. I have paid IDP to send my IELTS score to my desired universities more than a month back. And about 2weeks back, I even got an email from IDP that "they have processed my request". We don't have get the candidate login like IDP test takers get for tracking the progress. We get email confirmations || For some of the universities, on the application portal, it shows as "verified" (Lets call them category A). But for most of them, I don't see any confirmation on the application portal that they have received my score (category B). Recently for two universities from category B, I submitted the application, but it says that they are still awaiting the official IELTS score. Now IDP email says that they have processed my request, but university says that they are awaiting the official score. Do you think that the university already has my score, and once they start processing my application, they will link my score to my application? Or they really do not have my score? I email both IDP and concerned universities regarding this issue. But I am not getting any response from any of them.

Hi Bhavika, sorry to know about the delay. One of the reason for delay could be different emails registered with Ielts (BC or IDP) and the university. For faster responses, try calling IDP toll free number available on website and ask for an update. See more

Bro dont get tense firstly idp is delaying the process of sending scores to universities it takes 15-20 business days and even though your ielts scores shows processed in the website the university takes a week or few days to accept the scores and update them See more

As far as I believe, when you report score via idp portal, it will take ~2-3 weeks to report to the universities. See more
