University selection

I am from ee background and I wanted to pursue a career in data science/ML I recieved admit in University of Wisconsin, ms ee with Machine learning and signal processing specialization (16month course) I also received admit in Penn State University - great valley (NOT the main campus), Master of professional studies In data analytics. This is also 16 month course but it's master of professional studies.
