Which is better -Cleveland state university(MIS) or Franklin University Columbus Ohio (CS) ?

Hii sumeetha my suggestion is to go for Franklin university it is located in the center of the city

There are plenty of top unis in Ohio, which makes it easy for the lower-ranked unis to get overshadowed by the research output of the top ones. That being said, Cleveland state uni is a top 300 uni in the United States, and is a public uni so will be better than Franklin University in terms of research and costs as well!
