UON Australia ranks as a top 200 university in the QS world rankings so it is a pretty good one to pursue your masters in. Quality of education will also depend on your course, and the  research and professors available on the campus.
The main campus of UON is in Callaghan, Newcastle, Australia and it has another campus in Sydney. If you are planning on studying here, the  Callaghan campus would be better, but travelling from Sydney might be difficult as it is a 2 hour drive from the city!
