Botg universities are good but I would recommend See the coursework, fee structure. Additionally I would also suggest prefer U of Houston due to its location Texas is booming for construction. See more

if Both are Good Universities So please go to course work if it includes some Important Concepts like Building Information Modelling (BIM) and Etc.... And Look upon some other Opportunities also After that decide which one is best for you. See more
