University intake decision

Question

So for this term i only got admit from two Universities. California State Fullerton and Coloroda state University. I don't feel that these two options are good for me. So what should I do now ? Do i apply again next intake ? Or change something? My choice of major is MIS

Hi,
It's completely fine to get 2 admits. If you had got admits for all the universities then I would have assumed you had shortlisted the wrong universities or your profile is an excellent one(genius catagory). Including your profile on yocket might help me better to give a response. For now- if you plan to apply again for the next intake, you should have the following answers - 
1. how do you plan to improve your profile ? a job experience of a few more months might not add much value unless you are at a product-based company.
2. Can you afford the additional expenses due to the increase in the dollar rate? Can you afford to pay the application fees again? 
3. There is no guarantee that you will get a better university next time. You will have to score atleast a 10 point increase in the GRE score or the TOEFL score if you want a different category of universities. 
4. Additionally, it's expected that every year the number of applicants increases and so does the competition. Is your profile suitable to compete again ?
There are many people that I know of that did not get into the university that you want but ended up having a very good career. 
Maybe connecting with the current students at CSU, Fullerton, and Colorada State University might help you decide. If they say it's not worth it, you can apply again. 
If you have these answers and are confident that you can make a difference next time, then its fine to apply again otherwise not.

The tuition fee is coming to $64k.. which i feel is too much for a university which isn't on top

If it is Colorado State University Fort hills.... it's absolutely worth it
