UCM or governors state university? Which is better option to finalize in all aspects?? (MS in CS).

Both UCM or Governors are not the best option when it comes to CS, but University of Central Missouri is ranked #74 in Regional Universities Midwest and Governors State University is ranked #119-#157 in Regional Universities Midwest as per USNR.
