What would be the Top 3 colleges if you want to apply for a masters specialization in IoT, wireless sensors

IOT as a specific topic can be easily covered in some reputed university's coursera module and may not require a separate masters only for that.
Every top university that has a reputed CS department will have some or the other form of research or project that includes IoT, sensors and all that. CMU is a great example of such a university. They have a whole building dedicated to research in Computer Science and everything related to it. Check out their Integrated Innovation Institute which constitutes of IoT related research and projects. MIT and UC Berkeley have many courses related to IoT in the professional world. 
UPenn has an xLABS (Check out PRECISE website) where they feature IoT related projects by students. 
Basically every top CS University not only in the US, but in the world (Check them out here- https://yocket.com/universities?s_name=rank&s_order=asc&pc_name=Computer%20Science ) has a form of IOT teaching in courses, research or more!
Its more viable to study them like this, rather than do a direct degree like MS in Internet of things, which broadens your career scope greatly!
