Suggest me Universities..

Question

Hi Guys, I have an Ielts score of 7.5 overall, GRE score of 315 and UG CGPA of 3.33/4. please suggest me universities for CS  and let me know if I can get and admission into UNC chapelhill or NC state university.   
  Note: I had  UG in ECE.
