Hello, I have a different kind of problem. I am alreay in the USA and has been studying here for a few years. I was previously in the University of New Hampshire. But due to loss of funding I couldn’t finish my MS studies there. Now, I have more than $34k tuition fees due there. I transferred to Florida State University in the Fall 2021 and finished one semester here. Now, the graduate school here at FSU is not letting me register for the courses as I have not paid the tuition in my previous university. My question: 1. If I want to admit to a course or a community college to keep my visa, will the sevis reflect my debt and will it be a problem to transfer the sevis then? 2. If I want to get a loan to repay the tuition fees in my previous university, can I get a loan in that case, as most of the creditors send the student loan directly to the current university? If there is any creditor company who can send me the loan in stead of the university, can anyone suggest some of the names? Any suggestion would be greatly appreciated. Thanks. #studentloan
