Searching for affordable/cheap universities

Hi, GRE-317, Ielts-7, Work experience-6 years Currently working in an American MNC, I am planning to do a 1 year course in cse in the USA. Please suggest me cheap and affordable universities where tution fees is less than 20 lakhs, after the scholarship deduction.
