Scholarships in Germany

Has anyone applied for scholarships for Masters in Germany? Need to understand how it works when there are tuition fees and for universities which dont have any tuition fees. What all does the scholarship cover?

I have an acceptance from SRH University which has tuition fees, so wanted to explore that option.
