Regarding Shortlisting Universities

Can anyone provide list of universities for MS in Computer Science. My GRE score is 318 and TOEFL-90. and i have 3 years of experience in software development. But my undergrad score is not good. i have scored 59% in my engg. These are the Universities That i want to apply. 1 - California State Polytechnic University, San luis obispo 2 - California State Polytechnic University, Pomona 3 - San Jose State University, San Jose, California 4 - San Diego State University 5 - California State University Long Beach Please help me to shortlist best and affordable universities. and also if you any opinion on the above shortlisted universities please add your valuable comments.
