Profile Evaluation MS CS

CGPA: 9.19/10  
    GRE: 335   
   TOEFL: 114    
  Perfect 10 GPA in 2 semesters  
    5 papers in conferences and 1 published in a journal, Internship from NUS  
    
  3 Research internship from my college  
    
  But, I had 8 backlogs as I was absent for a whole semester due to unfortunate health issues. Will this affect my chances?  
    
  Target Unis: Columbia MS CS, NYU MS CS, UCLA MS CS, UCSD MS CS, Georgia Tech MS CS.

@Aditya - for the profile - you have given some really bad selections. The author has ambitious shot at all their preferred universities. Target would be something in the top 50 universities. Anything other than that is pure safety yo!

Apply to the universitys you want to and don't go by an shortlists, make an strong SOP work with grads from your target school to understand more and tailor make them. Also try to get recommendations from distinguished faculty .
