Please recommend ambi, moderate and safe univs Profile: College: IIT Indore CGPA : 8.62 (branch 2nd topper) Branch: Metallurgy Engineering and Materials science GRE : 317 (Q167, V150;. AWA- 3.5) TOEFL : yet to give Field looking for- Materials science ( especially Nano-fabrication techniques) 1 Internship at Tata Aerospace (2 Months) Upcoming Foreign Research internship at University of Sherbrooke, Canada (6 months) in the relevant field. probably will publish 1 research paper. LORS : 2 Strong from IIT professor, 1 Moderate (assuming) from host Prof. at Sherbrooke University, Canada. SOP: will create as strong as possible. Excellent extracurricular activities. kindly provide me the list of universities which I can aim from such a profile. Shall I give GRE again? since I will be applying for Fall'20.

German universities have a strong focus on gpa, so you have a pretty good chance in all these universities! I only mentioned the ones which have english taught course in material science! You can surely consider these if you are willing to study in german. And yes if you are planning to apply to top tier colleges like stanford or mit you'll need a 325 for sure! @prateek329 Thank you for your response. Are TU Munich, TU Berlin and RWTH Aachen in range for my profile? What should I do to get into these Universities? Shall I retake GRE and score around 325? Will it affect much since my Quant score is good enough. TU Delft also has a good materials science department. How good is this university? @Haddin Thank you for your response. If I take GRE again, and score around 325, will Stanford, MIT, Georgia tech, etc top Universities will come in my range of profile? Kindly help me. Also I forget to mention that I am aiming for an integrated PhD program in US region (considering cost of education) or MS program in European region. See more
