One transcript still not available from college

Question

Hi guys, I cleared all my exams by August 22' and I've been waiting for one transcript since then, which has delayed all my applications. And now many fall 23' deadlines are just around the corner. Every single thing required for the application process is ready, except that.

I already received my Cumulative Marks Memo(CMM), which has all my semester marks clearly indicated (as well as me clearing them.)
Can I apply online to universities with just that single memo + all transcripts except that one semester's, since it is basically unofficial? Or is there some other way? 
Suggestions would be appreciated.

U can go to your university and ask for the mark memo they can help u

Start application procedure. Fill out all other details and pay fees. So when you get your marksheet you just have to upload and submit the application.

You are referring to marksheets of the semesters. Transcript will be one document. As per your post, I assume that you have single memo + all semester marksheets except last semester is with you. And you don't have a transcript. 
(Note: transcript is different from marksheet, it is a document which contains details of your performance of all semesters, name of the degree and the status of the degree.)

You just need one single page document (transcript) which clearly outlined the courses, your grades, degree name, and status of the degree to be uploaded for approx. all the universities.

If you don't have one, please mail to the program coordinator and ask if you can upload a pdf containing all the semester marksheets.

None of the universities to which I have applied asked me for marksheets... They just asked me to upload the transcript bearing registrar's signatory

If you have a 4 year bachelor's degree you can apply with first 6 semester marksheets
