Need help with Visa interview (F1 Visa)

I am what you can say a 'Nontraditional' student. I am physically disabled and I got admitted to a STEM program at a US university. Back in 2018 when I applied for a trip to Canada, they rejected me probably because they thought that I might not return. But that was my experience with the Canadian embassy. I don't know about the US. Now the truth is that I don't want to live in the States for citizenship. I intend to live there for 2 years (OPT duration) only so that I can break even the cost that will incur during my studies and later might move to the gulf area.
