I have applied to MS in CS program for Fall 2023 at NC A&T

I have a GPA 2.89 (WES evaluated)/6.59 CGPA
IELTS 6.5
Undergrad - electronics and communication engineering

What are the chances of getting an admission ?

It is hard to judge solely on the basis of your CGPA. In order to find out your eligibility, your IELTS/TOEFL scores will matter as well.
Though, based on your CGPA alone, it might be hard for you get an admit since NC A&T demands higher.
