Name difference in documents

My name in 12th marksheet has an extra initial. For example, all my documents including passport has name as “Jonathan John” but my 12th marksheet has name as “K Jonathan John” will this be an issue during visa application?? I am planning to apply to colleges in US, Canada, UK and Germany. #visaquery #USA #Germany #ms #applicationprocess #documents #doubt
